Owned and operated by Troy Leopardo, LWA specialize in biological field investigations and habitat mapping for protected and sensitive species in compliance with the California Forest Practice Rules (FPRs), the Migratory Bird Treaty Act (MBTA), the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), as well as the Federal and California Endangered Species Act (ESA and CESA). With a resume that includes working with numerous federally and California protected wildlife species, I am experienced in planning and implementing field surveys for a wide array of natural resources, at night, in remote and difficult terrain. Other duties have included environmental monitoring and Storm Water Pollution Prevention Planning (SWPPP).
